(“ANUA”) on the Site. To make these Terms easier to read, the goods offered for sale by ANUA are called the “Products”, and the Site and other interactive features or services, including our e-commerce platform therein, are collectively called the “Services.” These Terms govern your purchase of Products and your use of the Services, regardless of how you access them, whether by computer, mobile device, or otherwise, and whether directly through our Services or through any third-party website that links to them.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARBITRATION FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: WHEN YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU ARE AGREEING (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANUA THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 20 “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” BELOW CAREFULLY FOR DETAILS REGARDING ARBITRATION.

Agreement to Terms. By using our Services and/or purchasing any Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services or purchase any Products.

Subscriptions.
(a) Subscription Terms: We offer recurring subscription plans for skincare Products you select.
(b) Subscription Fee: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the interval you select unless cancelled.
(c) Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your account, via email at support@myanua.us, or through an authorized third-party cancellation agent. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle.
Terms of Sale.
(a) Product Descriptions: We try to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
(b) Availability & Pricing: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
(c) Purchasing Products: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders.
(d) Shipping and Returns: Governed by our Shipping and Returns Policies.
(e) Risk of Loss: Risk passes to you upon delivery to our shipping partner.
(f) Damaged Shipments: Contact support@myanua.us if your order is damaged or incomplete.
Ordering; Payment.
(a) Authorization: You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases.

(c) Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
(d) Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
(e) Promo Codes: Non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.
Your Content.
(a) User Content: You retain ownership but grant ANUA rights to use it.
(b) Responsibility: You warrant your content doesn't infringe laws or rights.
(c) Removal: You can request removal of your content.
(d) Intellectual Property: ANUA retains ownership of its intellectual property.
Messages: If you opt-in to receive texts or emails, you agree to applicable carrier fees.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to violate laws, infringe rights, or disrupt our systems.
Third Parties: We are not responsible for third-party sites linked to our Services.
Endorsements: You agree to comply with FTC disclosure guidelines if you post reviews or testimonials.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to Services or account at any time.
