30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused or minimally used (less than 25% of the product), and returned in its original packaging. -
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@myanua.us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item. -
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ANUA is not responsible for returns lost in transit. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myanua.us with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. -
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund. -

Subscription Products
For subscription orders, refunds are only available for the most recent shipment if the request is made within 30 days of delivery. Future recurring charges can be cancelled at any time through your ANUA account or by contacting support@myanua.us. -
Fraud Prevention
To prevent abuse of our refund policy, ANUA reserves the right to deny refund requests from customers with excessive return activity or evidence of misuse.
