Thank you for shopping with ANUA. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

  2. Shipping Methods and Rates
    We offer a flat-rate shipping option for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $4.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on Orders $50+

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination. All shipments include tracking.

  1. Order Processing Times
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

  2. Estimated Delivery Time
    Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  3. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time using the provided tracking number.

  4. Incorrect Shipping Information
    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  5. Lost or Damaged Packages
    If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@myanua.us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  6. Delays
    While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
